Will I meet my Virtual Assistant in person?
While you may never meet your Virtual Assistant in person, you will be in constant contact via email, phone, video chat, text, or whatever form of communication works best for you.
Can my Virtual Assistant work on holidays, weekends, or after-hours?
No, your Virtual assistant is available Monday through Friday from either 9am to 6pm Eastern or 9am to 6pm Pacific, whichever time zone you choose.
Can my Virtual Assistant help me file my taxes?
No. This is considered out of scope. However, your Virtual Assistant can help with your accounting software for things like categorizing transactions, reconciling your accounts, and other related tasks.
Will my Virtual Assistant be trained in every software/application I use?
While our Virtual Assistants are intermediate to advance in most software/applications out in the marketplace today, they do not know every one that is offered. If an application or a piece of software is a must have for the VA to know, please let us know. We will do our best to match you with a VA that knows them.
What are the kinds of tasks I can give my Virtual Assistant to do?
